System built homes make more sense for many people rather than the traditional built home. The homes are constructed in a factory. They are attached to a foundation and then shipped in sections. The readied site is waiting for the home to be located and place jointly. The modular home once placed on a site and put together does not look any different than a site built home. They are just as secure and can be as large or as small as you wish.
