Read the full Eric Worre Review:

Eric is one of the most highly regarded leaders, coaches, and mentors in MLM, having a career spanning more than 20 years. Eric has built himself to the envy of millions of entrepreneurs, starting out as a broke 20 year old and earning more than $10 million in the MLM profession. We’re going to be discussing Eric’s Network Marketing philosophies and practices in this article review.

A Brief History Of Eric Worre

I met Mr. Worre about five years ago, in what later turned out to be my first positive MLM experience. I got involved with Eric in a company where he was one of the ‘Fabulous Three’ (you know, the three guys in a company who make 90% of the income).

Mr. Worre is a unique person, to put it mildly, and always was an interesting person to be in business with. On the stage as a speaker, he tends to control the conversation and direction of training – even though he is the leader who tends to speak the least. Eric is the master interviewer, asking questions, clarifying discussion, and bringing the finer points of MLM prosperity to light.

Eric Worre is a FANTASTIC leader, and I encourage you to get familiar with his training as much as you can.

What are the specific techniques used by Eric to build his team?

Eric teaches the traditional MLM basics: word of mouth, third party promotions, home meetings, and the like. It’s hard to actually get Mr. Worre to train on anything other than 3 way calls, home meetings, and weekly events.

He won’t do it. In fact, I don’t know if he would remember this, but I heard him talking one day about how he keeps things ridiculously simple, and so I was around him later that day at a training convention, and I questioned him, attempting my best to get him to be complicated. He simply wouldn’t do it.

Eric will drill again and again ‘keep it simple’. Until I met Mr. Worre, I was frustrated by a long list of over complicated MLM trainers that wasted my time, energy, and money. (Which made me one frustrated networker)…

So are Eric’s business building techniques effective for all people?

Mr. Worre freely admits that one way doesn’t work for everyone. In fact, humble MLM leaders in the 21st century are quick to admit that every system isn’t right for everyone. There are at least 4 different ways of building a Network Marketing company, and thousands of different ways of doing each of the four – and all of them work for different people.

I actually first started making real money when I was involved with Eric – and it was from following and promoting his system.

Honestly, implementing that system was difficult, cumbersome, and frustrating for almost everybody. We were all a bunch of broke 25 year old college dropouts, and although I had a fairly large group (over 1000 people), that system simply doesn’t work well at all for my previous peer group. Simply put, to make big money using Eric’s system – I would have to alter my personality and join a bunch of business networking clubs to meet the kind of people I would need to recruit. I would rather wash dishes.

After that, I found out that I hate spending all of my free time on meetings, phone calls, and meeting random people in shopping malls. Now I do love speaking, but there was just too much pressure to do weekly events, even when it was less effective than other approaches. I simply wanted a way to do things that worked better with my personality.

So should you just forget anything that Eric’s ever said? Just so you know – Eric’s system was the first way I made money in Network Marketing. However, I’m not one to be satisfied with $5,000 a month, and I started looking for a simpler, more effective way to expand my sphere of influence…

…and I found the internet. It took some training, but I finally figured out how to market myself online, and I learned that not only was it more effective than trying to meet people locally, it was simply easier to do once I got the hang of it.

I can’t tell you how empowering it was the first time I developed a list of 1,000 Network Marketers who all had requested information from me, were reading my emails, and calling me asking if I would be willing to work with them personally if they joined my business.

Simply put, does Eric Worre’s training work? Absolutely, but there’s no way I would ever build a business like that again. Actually, I wouldn’t care if my income grew five times as fast. It’s so much more professional, simple, and empowering to learn how to attract thousands of hungry prospects to you, influence people all over the world through social media, and sponsor people WHO WANT to hear from you…

I simply wouldn’t have it any other way.

That being said, I experienced the exact opposite. My income grew by five times in my first six months of online promotion.Today I consistently bring in 20-50 reps per month into my opportunity, and they are all REQUESTING to join.
