Gensplan – Intelligent Marketing Critical to Capturing Business Leads

It appears like many people are making mistakes regarding the business opportunities they are getting involved with and what it takes to successfully market them.

There are scores of business opportunities out there and people are pouring into them like fanatics. Some of these opportunities are with companies that have been around for years and are solid, proven winners. If you are one of those people that picked a first-rate business opportunity I am ecstatic for you.

But to my dismay, there are many companies out there that are pretty wobbly deals. They pledge you instant treasures – all you have to do is become a member for them, pay your monthly fees, and then you can relax and rake in the bread. Mistaken, this is not how it works.

The fact is, there is a colossal failure rate among people trying to start a booming home based internet or network marketing enterprise. Close to 95% of the people that join these online business, whether they are time-honored companies or one of the questionable instant get rich schemes, will fail at making enough money to stay in business.

Assuming you picked a sound business opportunity there is one crucial fact to consider if you want to be among the successful.

You have to understand the marketing involved to make your business successful. If you don’t know how to market you will most likely fail.

And, you need to understand the most essential piece about marketing and that is the creation of leads.

You must have leads so that you can transform those leads into sales and/or enlist them into your business. The sad part is that most network and Internet marketers fall short in the most important part of their marketing – lead generation. And the simple reason is usually because they do not know how to market as it should be. But you can without problems change that and get the information you require.

To help you obtain a better knowledge of the many pieces involved in lead generation, I am going to set everything out for you in a relationship illustration or marketing map. The most essential piece of the map is at the core – the squeeze page. The lead capture page is essential to your marketing and once you discover how to do all the different types of marketing they all point back to one thing – and that is your lead capture page.

No matter what kind of marketing you are doing, whether it’s SEO, MySpace, Digg, Blogs, etc., all of that traffic needs to be targeted to proceed to your lead capture pages.

To say again, all of your marketing needs to convey all of your traffic to your lead capture page.

Primarily, the objective is for you to set out marketing using any or a combination of traffic generation – lead generation techniques. Then your marketing hard work will direct people to your lead capture page and then you can transform that lead into a buying client and/or a prospect to go in with your enterprise.

If all you’re doing is pushing your business, and not capturing leads, you are doing your self a wrong. You must secure the leads and build relations with the people whose names you acquire.

Now when you learn how to market appropriately, you will learn how to master these distinctive marketing strategies. You do NOT need to master them all so don’t get panic-stricken by how many types of traffic marketing there are. Some very thriving network marketers only use 1 or 2 of these strategies, but they focus on them, get good at them, and they take action with them.

You can employ things like MySpace or Twitter to attract traffic to your squeeze page. You can utilize forums and blogs to establish yourself as an authority and get traffic to your squeeze page that route. You can also run advertisements on other people’s ad sites or use Yahoo Search Marketing to get traffic to your leads capture page. Pick one to get going.

Your lead capture page becomes the entry point into your marketing retention and follow up method, because the traffic that you capture there goes into your Autoresponder.

All the leads go into YOUR autoresponder. This is because you need to build a list of your own clientele and prospects. This is a key point, because in the preponderance of internet business out there, all of your efforts go to building a customer list for the company, NOT you!

You need to be doing this no matter what business you are in, whether it’s TriVani, Empowerism, Amway, etc. You need to get the traffic to your lead capture so that you can capture the lead.

The autoresponder becomes your email director, your marketing follow-up system and your client retention structure.

By utilizing an autoresponder you can stay in contact with your potential recruits and over time they will be encouraged to either acquire products from you, go in with your business (if you are network marketing) or be converted into resellers (if you are in affiliate marketing).

Use the email messages you transmit via your autoresponder list to assist your contacts. After all, they wouldn’t have opted in for your list if they didn’t think you had something to give them. So don’t disillusion them. Give them complimentary things, give them instruction, teach them, and tactfully sell them on your products or business. Give them marketing training and show them how they can be flourishing with the products you are selling or if they join your business. Under promise and Over deliver!

You can actually earn an income from this. We’ve set ourselves up with services and products so that we can make money even if people don’t join our business. This is because we have built a catalog of names that we are creating relationships with.

So keep in mind, no traffic – no leads, and with no leads you can’t keep your business going.

If you are already operating a business, you need to organize a training system so that you can offer even more to your catalog of people. If you have yet to connect with a company you need to locate a company that gives you with the right kind of marketing training. A high-quality training program should show people how to set up their squeeze pages and autoresponder and train them on which types of traffic generation will work best for them.

Remember, you don’t have to use every one of the numerous types of marketing to catch traffic. You can use the various tactics alone. The essential thing is to use at least one of them, get good at it and stick with it.

So don’t waste any more time. Start doing things the right way and get the marketing training you need.
