Discover how to save thousands of dollars in your business
Cutting your software costs
I want to help you save money and I am never going to ask you for anything in return.
Every year I save thousands of pounds by not spending any money on software. It was the NetSuite pricing that pushed me over the edge one afternoon and drove me to look for a better deal for systems to run my business. I have learned that I can do most of the day to day tasks efficiently using tools that cost me nothing. Only the Lord knows why this stuff isn’t evryday knowledge for most business folks. I am greatly saddened by the number of people in small businesses who are not aware of this approach.
Just follow these simple steps to find the free tools that are out there.
- Use ten minutes of your day looking for the free software tools.
- Use Evernote (free at www.evernote.com) to record your findings.
- ONLY spend ten minutes every day trying out what you have found.
You should expect it to take about a month to get a list that will give you everything you need for today and the future. To get you going here is a small sample of the tools I use every day to get the job done.
Just to be clear what I have done below is listed the software you will have to pay for on the right hand side of the page (these are names you will have definitely heard of, the point here is to make your understanding of what each tool does) and on the left I have listed the free software.
Here we go:
Just type the name of the free product to the search engines

My thanks to the NetSuite pricing incident for the inspiration to write this up and help you out.
