Come on now! Every one of you should have instantly raised your hand after reading the topic of this article. You should also be eager to have the page load so you can read on. I only say this because that is exactly how I felt when I was first introduced to the thought of rejection free recruiting. Then I thought it sounded too good to be true. I have found, however, that IT IS TRUE!

What do I mean? When we work our warm market, we are told that we must learn to overcome rejection. We’re taught that “They aren’t saying NO to you, they’re saying no to your opportunity.” Well, I both agree and disagree with that statement, but I’ll need another article for that.

Ok, so here’s the gist. Rejection Free MLM Recruiting. There a lots of ways to market offline that sort of eliminate rejection, but that would be yet another aritcle topic. Instead, I’ll delve into online marketing since that makes rejection obsolete!

Here’s the first step. Stop bombarding people who aren’t interested! I know it seems like a given, but it’s not always explained to the new people in MLM.You need to put your attention to people that are already involved in the network marketing industry. These people won’t give you the headaches that truly uninterested people will. They won’t annoy you with their ignorant comments such as “Isn’t that illegal?” or “Oh, that’s one of those pyramid schemes!”. Our focus should be on people that already “get” this industry.

Next, we don’t want to vomit our opportunity and products on these people. Many MLMers are not looking for a new company What they are looking for is a way to have success in their own company.

The same goes for people that aren’t involved in MLM yet. These people are looking for a company to join. In addition, they are really searching for a leader in the industry. There are a lot of great companies with a TON of opportunities for growth and development. These newbies will join the leader that they feel can help them achieve their goals. What they want is a leader!

How about offering people your services instead of cramming your opportuinty down their throat. Show them that you are valuable and that you want to help them with their business. No matter what! You need to introduce them to a proven system that you and others on your team use to succeed. No one wants to be argued with or convinced of something; everyone wants a leader!

Simply put, apply the principles of online marketing in your MLM business and rejection will be avoided. But, be real! Have a great, affordable, easy to use system for marketing and generating leads. Offer your knowledge and skills to people without expecting anything in return. Please, don’t do what I see a lot of people doing out there right now. They connect with me online and tell me that they can help me,but really offer me nothing worthwhile. This happens to me daily. What they really do is make small talk, get to know me a bit then…vomit! They I am left feeling yucky and disappointed! I didn’t receive any help like I thought I was going to. It doesn’t work. These people have nothing real to offer and are faking it!

So, what kind of MLM training system do we need to have available to our new found comrades? My personal favorite is an attraction marketing system.
