It’s clear to see that a Network Marketing system has the potential to create an enormous amount of wealth and with relative ease. Sure hard work is required but it’s not exactly rocket science. Some companies have really great products and excellent compensation plans that offer some profound leverage. Why is it that so many people don’t make a dime and we see ridiculous statistics like that of a 15% retention rate in the industry?

I have spoken to many people involved in this industry over the last few months and the folks that have not made a dime have all said it’s because of a lack of training and support that they have failed. Nearly all I spoke to said that the extent of their training pretty much boiled down to talking to friends and family, door-to-door, bothering people in social gatherings and leaving those annoying ‘income opportunity cards’ on car windscreens.

With the world as it is today these old fashioned methods don’t really get the results we want, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always somebody dying to pitch us in their business, so as a society we have learned to turn a blind eye to the spammers that frequent our personal space. As we all know the old fashioned prospecting ploys don’t deliver in constructing a huge team of folks in our business. I experienced all this in my early days as a MLM rookie.

I decided to start marketing my business online and thats when I really started to see some big results whilst also carrying on with my offline efforts, using both together really made a big difference to my business. These are all methods that will get the word out about you and what you can offer.

If you are giving out some real value to your prospects then you will get far better results than just pitching your company. A lot of people have their guards raised about such websites, there are millions of people out there pitching links to a company website that claims to be the the only system that works

By being someone that offers value and worth you will become attractive, people will be link up with your organisation. It’s always the case that most people will only buy from those they like and who they regard as an expert in their industry. Your prospects desire someone who will lead them to positive results, how about if you were to become that leader? do you think it would make a difference to your business? you bet it would! It’s only the leaders that will be the top earners in this industry, make definite you are one of them and make sure that you are employing a network marketing system that will recruit and train your prospects in the most valuable way feasible!
