There are a few things that you must absolutely have to be successful with network marketing. You must have a good product to sell. You must have a good organization for support. And an important part is getting more recruits into the business so you can grow your organization.

Finding leads is the name of the game when building your network marketing business. Actually the product is not what makes you money. The road to success with MLM network marketing is to have a big organizaiton. There is only one way to do this and it is to improve your recruiting techniques. An important part of the prospecting procedure is practicing what you are going to say. I will guarantee that fi you start talking with planning what to say you will be unsuccessful. All effective sales people write a sales pitch that they then repeat over and over again. You need to be on the mark at all times.

The best way to get comfortable talking to leads is to role play before you have your pitch meeting. Instruct the other person to ask you some questions and practice your responses. It also works wonderful to have your partner ask some off the wall questions so you can practice thinking on the fly.

Body language is an important aspect of a successful meeting with your prospective network marketing leads. Crossing your arms, legs, or hands sends the wrong message to the lead. It makes us look uncomfortable which makes the lead feel the same way. It is absolutely imperative that you make the other person feel at ease.

If you are meeting a potential member in person be sure to have your body language style open. This means don’t cross any of your limbs. Keep your arms and hands not crossed and apart. Subconsciously, this tells the other person you are allowing them to join you. You are welcoming them instead of driving them off. It is an important fact the the other person feel you want to be around them in order for them to feel comforable.

The way you talk is also important when tying to put others at ease. Try to match your speaking style to the other person’s by listening to their speech patterns. The speed with which you speak is easy to control if you try. If the potential member has a slow speech pattern you must slow down also. If you potential member usually talks quickly then you will drive them crazy by speaking at a slow speed.

The key is to make the other person comfortable. A good way to do that is to talk at the same speed they do. By matching the speed of their speaking you can bring the person towards you. They feel at ease and in tune with you so they will be more inclined to believe what you say. If they don’t buy in to what you say they will never become members of your business.

A good network marketing lead is not something to take lightly. In reality, only a few people will become true leaders. You must convert these people to your plan because they are the ones that will really skyrocket your results.
