Great athletes are one of the things that we enjoy to watch.It would seem like that some of their moves at times are impossible for a human to do.  But in reality some of the champions are no better then their competition physically.Their secret to being more successful than the others is because they have more mental toughness.  What most people don’t realize is that people succeed or fail based upon how strong their mindset is.

Let’s look at some examples.  As a family therapist San Diego I see it all the time with student athletes.You encounter kids are really physically gifted.But a lot of times they do not achieve success because their mental toughness hinders them.We hear it all the time in pro sports.You see popular athletes who come up short always to win the championship.Even if they are considered as the best.When the time has come to them to win it all, they fail to do it.Those who succeed are those who are physically and mentally tough.
