Hi everyone! I’ve been doing something the last couple of days that’s increased my lead flow by two times from the articles I write and I wanted to share it with you (and I already get a WHOLE LOT of leads using article marketing). See my Free Article Marketing Tutorials. The strategy is so awesome that I was about to just keep it to myself, but I wanted to add some real value to help you get some traffic, fast. It’s pretty simple and it works fast. Here’s my strategy: 1. The first thing to do is write an article and post it on your site, or a blog, or a social site like Squidoo.

2. The second thing you want to do is make a short video that announces your blog entry. (30 seconds to a minute and a half max.) The video above is a short example of the video that I used to promote this specific blog entry. (be sure to check it out).

3. The last step in the strategy is to submit your short video to Traffic Geyser, and they will then distribute it all over the internet, through the major video sites and social bookmarking networks. Direct the clickable link on your video resource box to your original article.

Personally, I’ve only been doing this for two days and it’s increased my usual traffic from my article strategies by 200%. It’s easy, simple, and only takes an additional 10-15 minutes for each piece of content you create. If you’re not usingTraffic Geyser, it’s the best video promotion tool that exists on the internet, and I highly recommend it. Basically, you’re increasing the traffic flow to from all of your videos by 500-1000%.

Most people who use this technique won’t ever do it enough to really make a difference, unfortunately.If you stick with this technique, it will dramatically increase your traffic over the next year.  Just keep it up, and you’ll get results.

I am a single mother with a 5 year old daughter that is going to be starting Kindergarten this fall. I am currently working a 2nd shift job for $10 an hour and I only have one day off a week, so I don’t get to see her very much. She spends a lot of time at a babysitters or with my parents that live two hours away. I want to become a medical transcriptionist because it will allow me to be a stay at home mother and still have the income to take care of my child. It will give me the freedom to be home with her, go to her school events and be more involved in her life. It will give us the time together that we don’t get now and I won’t have to depend on other people so much. We will be able to take trips and not have to worry about having enough money or time to go. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, however I have not worked in that field since I had my daughter. I decided on a career change after I had her and I have been doing customer service/sales jobs. The hours are terrible and I am making enough just to pay the bills. I want to start a new career in the medical transcription at home because it is an amazing field to get into. I have a couple of family members that are RN’s and they keep telling me to get into the medical field. If I could go back to when I started college I would have gone into the medical field for sure. I was a CNA for a little while after college and I learned a lot of medical terms and what certain injuries look like, how to use certain tools, measure in cc’s, etc. I really enjoyed being a CNA but the work took a toll on my shoulders so I had to quit. Doing this would, in a way, would bring me back to that, learning new terms and feeling intelligent about what I was doing. It will give me the sense of helping people again but in a different way. Having a career as a medical transcriptionist would make me feel good about myself and I wouldn’t be ashamed to tell people what I do for a living. It would teach me new things, challenge me, educate me on medical terms, parts of the body I don’t know and maybe even make me go on to something more. It would also give me the ability to educate my daughter. Taking this course would not only give me a new career but it opens up my education too. At first I would work for a company but I have always wanted to open up my own business so maybe down the road this would be what I can do. Open up a business for medical transcriptionists. I would love to be my own boss and have my own hours so I can have a family life and not be punching a clock all the time. Being a work from home medical transcriptionist would be the best thing I ever did, expect for my daughter, of course. It will open the doors for so many things for me and for my family. Not only would it make me feel good about myself for succeeding in something new it would also show my daughter that you can change your life at any point in your life if you really want to.

My interest in medical transcription jobs began when a friend in California took a course and began her career. She was expecting her second child and desperately wanted to stay at home. The idea at the time intrigued me, as I would love to be able to contribute to our household income and continue to reap the benefits of staying home with our children. The recent failing economy has played a huge roll in my revisiting the medical transcription industry. As a wife and mother I am very familiar with the importance of the ‘behind the scenes’ duties. It is the tasks that are taken care of, without much thought by others, that make the day to day life run smoothly. This is how I view medical transcription. Without someone tending to this task the physician’s and the patient’s life would be chaotic. It would give me personal satisfaction to know that in some small (if not huge) way I have contributed to easing someone’s frustration.

I currently hold a BS in Rehabilitation Education Services. During the course of my degree completion I was required to take a medical terminology class. I found the class extremely fascinating and it was exciting to learn all the different aspects of various diseases and ailments. I look forward to delving into that world again. For me the advantages of being a medical transcriptionist is simple, the flexibility in working from home. We have five children ranging from the ages of 2 ½-9 ½, including a set of twins. This is a crucial time for them to have parental involvement to help develop their sense of security and needed skills to cope with life. Being a medical transcriptionist would allow me to balance my dedication to both my family and career. I would love the opportunity to also show them that anything is possible, that goals can be reached! I have a desire to be with my children but a financial need to work. With a little commitment and hard work both can be achieved. I am excited about Future MT’s program because it offers quality training and guidance at a reasonable price, including needed materials. They also has plenty of supports in place should I need any additional help. A fear of mine is that I will invest in a program but be abandoned along the way. With Future MT I do not need to worry about that. But, as I stated, I am the mother of unexpected identical twins, life throws you curve balls! In about five years, once all my children are in school full time, I will investigate moving to an out of home position (it might be nice to have some adult interaction at that point). There are more foreclosures in the United States right now than we have ever experienced before. But smart real estate investors are turning these ‘lemons’ into ‘lemonade’ in an incredibly profitable new way.

The real estate investing strategy du jour is called ‘Bulk REO Investing‘ and is a real monster.

Let’s take a moment to analyze the basics of this incredibly lucrative business.

To understand investing in Bulk REO, you have to understand the foreclosure process.

A home owner who misses one or more mortgage payments is faced with an ever-increasing volume of threatening correspondence from their lender. After a certain period, the lender will then formally begin foreclosure proceedings. The name for this period is ‘preforeclosure’.

Foreclosure is completed when the defaulted property is auctioned. If the property is not purchased at auction, ownership reverts to the original lender. This property is then considered to be ‘Real Estate Owned’ by the lender, also known as an ‘REO’ property.

REO properties are usually listed for sale with local real estate agents. However, lenders are increasingly willing to take much less than their REO asset is actually worth. But the price of receiving such great pricing is the need to purchase multiple REO properties (a ‘package’) rather than individual properties.

These REO packages represent the potential to acquire huge amounts of equity for savvy real estate investors. REO packages are easiest to buy and sell with a well regarded source of financing in place. Some sources of funding for these transactions are: personal funds, hard money lenders, commercial lenders and non-conventional sources such as private investors and hedge funds. Additionally, one man is becoming very well known in the field of bulk REO investing, and his name is Sal Buscemi of Dandrew Capital Partners, a hedge fund in New York.

After looking into medical record jobs, I wanted to become a medical transcriptionist because it would allow me to participate in my two favorite things — words and medicine. I love the medical field. I went to college to become a doctor. However, I was unable to complete that major and ultimately graduated with a degree in criminology. My criminology degree allowed me entrance into the legal field where I discovered my love of words and typing. I have been a legal secretary for 17 years and love word processing and formatting documents. After I’ve established myself with my future employer, I can begin transcription on a full-time basis and get rid of my daily 3 hour commute. After I’ve worked in this avenue for a few years, I have the option to open my own transcription company. The major advantage of working in medical transcription is that the sky is the limit as to the avenues available to me. The reason I am interested in training with Future MT is because the curriculum seems just as extensive as the training I received at a medical transcription school 10 years ago. I completed an 18-month program 10 years ago and transcribed authentic doctor-dictated reports. I was taught the different formats for the various types of reports and I was taught punctuation and grammar rules. It was very intense training and I enjoyed it. Recently my husband significantly injured his dominant hand at work causing him to be partially disabled. Since the job market is not at its best, he is compelled to stay at his job while having restrictions. He doesn’t do office work, and since I do and like being in front of a computer, this is a career fit for me. There are several advantages of working in the MT field. Flexibility is a major advantage. It gives you the opportunity to associate with your family more and continue to build those relationships. Also, if you already have a job, you can utilize medical transcription at home as a supplement to an insufficient income. In the hard economic times we are in, I am forced to search for further training for as little money as possible. If I can enhance my education without spending a lot of money, I would be thrilled. Given the fact that times are hard, I would still like to have a family. Having a career like MT would help start my future with my husband. Most likely, at some point you’ve stumbled across Jonathan Budd’s material on the internet.  It would surprise me if you haven’t as of yet ran into his site yet.  He is one of the up and coming MLM Rock Stars in the internet world.  Over the last several months, he’s popped up somewhere in almost all of the Google searches I’ve done.

This article isn’t written to brag on Mr. Jonathan Budd.  Instead, it’s written with the intention of giving you some valuable insights into the world of MLM prosperity.  I’m going to keep it short:

First, prosperity in the MLM profession takes more hard work and diligence than most people will admit.  Look, I don’t care if you’ve been through Jonathan Budd’s ‘Top Producer Formula’ or not, there’s no way to get around the fact that building an MLM business is going to take one of two things – it will either take a lot of money or a lot of work, or both.  A good example is that I promote my business online through mostly content creation, articles and videos.  I engage in marketing strategies, content creation, etc for a minimum of 2 hours per day, every day.  When I started, it took me forever to start getting a steady lead flow of even 10 leads per day (like 2 months).  However, in six months, I was getting 50 leads per day.  Sometimes it takes me longer to create and promote my content, but I do it every day.  Sometimes people get jealous of the amount of traffic, leads, and recruits I get but they just aren’t willing to put in the work to get the same results.

Second, if you want to get the kind of traffic and leads that Jonathan Budd and I create, you’ve got to work hard at creating a massive amount of unique online content.  Unfortunately, there’s no way to cut corners with this one.  Mass content creation is an easy skill to get the hang of, and it takes time to see the massive results for your efforts.  (Expect six months of hard work to get to 30-50 leads per day if you are promoting entirely through content creation).  One of the BEST examples I’ve seen of this online is Jonathan Budd.  Jonathan has a review of almost every new Network Marketing company that pops up on one of his websites or another, and he has an unbelievable amount of work that appears on the first page of Google.  In addition, he’s got videos that are plastered all over Cyber-Space pointing back to his landing page and to top it off, he’s got ads that run on almost every MLM company, leader, and system.  OF COURSE he makes a lot of money.  With the amount of marketing he does, it’s not a matter of ‘secrets’ or ‘magic’ – it’s just a matter of exposure and time. 

The last thing I want to say is that you’ve got to create a NAME for yourself over time.  Eventually if you create enough content, you’ll have people searching for YOUR information before they read someone else’s, as you’ll automatically have built a level of social proof and trust around the brand of ‘you’.  Jonathan Budd, for example, is now a name brand in the MLM profession.  You should follow this example and do this for yourself. 

That’s all I’ve got for you for now!  Prosperity won’t come to you over night in this industry – it will take skill, time, and effort, but it is WORTH IT in the end.  If you keep steady and focused, in a couple of years you will be a name brand, as well, and people will seek you out and WANT to be in business with YOU.  So stick with it and I’ll see you on the search engines!

Tip #1: This industry takes A LOT more work than you probably think.  Building a business in this industry either takes a LOT of money or a LOT of hard work.  Unfortunately for all of our lazy natures, there really isn’t any way to avoid one or the other.  For myself (as an example) I have enormous success promoting my business through creating massive amounts of content online and getting leads from Google searches, social networks, and videos.  I spend a minimum of 2-3 hours per day writing articles, creating videos, creating HubPages (like my Jonathan Budd Review), and promoting my content.  Sometimes I take 4 hours and I do it EVERY DAY.  There are people who get jealous sometimes of the amount of leads, recruits, and visitors to my pages that I get, but they just don’t, and aren’t willing to put in the consistent work that I do to produce those results.

Tip #2: If you want leadership recognition, leads, and people to sponsor, you need to create A LOT of original content and get A LOT of attention online.  Unfortunately, there’s no way to cut corners with this one.  This is an easy skill to learn, but you’ve got to be consistent at the creation and promotion of your own unique content or you’re going to fall flat on your face.  Look at Jonathan Budd, for example.  Jonathan has a review of almost every new Network Marketing company that pops up on one of his websites or another, and he has an unbelievable amount of work that appears on the first page of Google.  Jonathan’s got videos, audios, and articles posted all over the internet all pointing back to a central message of ‘Attraction Marketing’ and his online MLM system.  It’s obvious that all of this effort has made Jonathan huge amounts of up front money.  With the amount of marketing he does, it’s not a matter of ‘secrets’ or ‘magic’ – it’s just a matter of exposure and time.
